Residential Plumber-Service and Install Tech Needed in Lewisville, Texas

C & W is family owned and operated company with the Best Plumber Award 3 Years running.  We service the North Dallas area and are a RESIDENTIAL SERVICE contractor.  We are looking for the best of the best to join our team. Current positions open Tradesman/Journeyman Residential Plumbers, MUST BE ABLE TO WORK SATURDAYS AND TAKE OFF A DAY DURING THE WEEK.
Our chosen candidate looks like?
? Very clean cut a must, takes pride in appearance, no visible tattoos or piercings unless they can be covered or removed
? PUNCTUAL AND ON TIME!
? Able to deal with high end customers, very professional, good penmanship
? Strong customer service/communication and people skills, very genuine and personable a must
? Steady work history a must, currently working a plus
? Residential service experience and excellent trouble shooting skills
? Clean workmanship and solid knowledge of Texas Plumbing Codes
? Able to climb in attics and under houses, able to lift 75lbs
? Quick, efficient and organized a must
Experience in the following:
General Residential--
? Hot Water Heater replacement and repair
? Fixture Repair and Replacement; faucets, tubs, and toilet
Drain Cleaning--
? Competent use of sewer machines and high power jetters
? Trouble shooting using video inspection
Leak Location and Repair--
? Under Slab- Sewer & Water Systems
? Gas line repairs and installation
? Estimating, selling and offering options on a daily basis, able to meet and exceed sales quota a must
? No salary cap-performance dictates income! You set your income!
? Exceptional team player; fun, energetic, goal oriented, positive, optimistic, and great attitude!
? Exceptional Plumber; intuitive, hard working, fast, efficient, no problem wearing uniform, attention to detail, willing to learn our system, can keep a truck well organized
? Takes personal responsibility to better themselves as a person and growth as a plumber
? Ability to explain/educate the customer on their current and future plumbing needs in laymens terms, flat rate pricing
? A CURRENT Texas plumbing license, TRADESMAN AND ABOVE, good references a must. (We are not able to hire anyone unless they have a current license-PLEASE NOTE!).
? Can pass the State of Texas background and drug test, clean driving record and current Texas drivers license are ALL a must. (Please do not apply if any of these are issues. We check to protect!).
